First Edition: Friday Favorites



I enjoy reading other blogger's content and finding new blogs. I want to be able to share my favorite findings with you. So welcome to the first edition of Friday Favorites. I'm going to try my best to make this a month series *fingers crosses*. Since January is all about fresh starts, lifestyle changes, and goals my Friday Favorites for this month will revolve around those themes. Without further ado here are my favorites for this week.




I can't be the only one who has no clue what their purpose is sometimes. I enjoyed this because she has exercise for you to do to help guide you in figuring out what your purpose may be. I believe it's a great reflection exercise to do as well.

One of my goals this month is meditating twice a day. I feel like several of people have a skeptical view towards meditation thanks to the way it's portrayed in some movies. However meditation seriously works and I think this a great post for those wanting to try it out. There are so many different purposes for meditation and think it's essential that you find one targeting your needs.

Those whose goals are to be happy, a morning person, or just being healthier. I think having a morning routine/ritual will really contribute to that. In this post there are 4 tips to help you setting up a morning routine of your own

Everyday I feel like I meet someone or hear a story going through anxiety like me. It's hard to work through especially if you're not sure how to work through it. This post is great for getting a start on dealing with your anxiety.

For those who are returning back to work and school this is going to be a must read for you. I don't know about you but I have the worst burnouts ever at the worst time possible like when deadlines are approaching. So hopefully practicing some of the techniques in this post it'll help me avoid that.
